§ 250-35. Angle parking and parallel parking.

    No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XVII (§ 250-71), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except at the angle designated and only within the painted stall lines. On all streets or portions thereof where angle parking is now or shall hereafter be authorized, all vehicles parked thereon shall be parked with the front thereof nearest the curb.
    B. 
    Except where angle parking is authorized, every vehicle stopped, standing, or parked partly upon a roadway shall be so stopped, standing, or parked parallel to the curb or edge of the roadway. On a one-way roadway such vehicle is prohibited from facing in any direction other than the direction of authorized traffic movement; on a two-way roadway such vehicle is prohibited from facing in any direction other than the direction of authorized traffic movement on that portion of the roadway on which the vehicle rests.
