§ 250-34. Time limit parking; grace period.

  • A. 
    No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§ 250-70) at any time between the hours listed in said schedule of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said schedule, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
    B. 
    Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, where a parking meter is in operation on any street or part of a street on which parking of vehicles is limited to two hours, and where such parking meter is equipped to allow for a ten-minute grace period, parking of vehicles shall be limited to two hours and ten minutes for any vehicle parked at such parking meter, subject to the fulfillment of the requirements of § 250-47 with respect to the operation of such parking meter.
