§ 119-5. Filing fee to accompany application.

A master electrician, licensed by the Village of Cedarhurst, who is permitted to do work within the Village, shall file an application with the Village for any and all work exceeding a cost of $500, to be done within the Village and shall pay such fee as set by the Board of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of its members present at a Board meeting.
