A person shall not be eligible for the license
herein set forth unless such person shall be a duly authorized and
licensed master electrician duly authorized and licensed either by
the Town of Hempstead, Town of North Hempstead, Town of Oyster Bay,
County of Nassau, State of New York, pursuant to that portion of the
building code of the Town of Hempstead, Town of North Hempstead and
Town of Oyster Bay, County of Nassau, State of New York, known as
"Part III Electrical, Electric Code."
