§ 90-5. Coasting and hitching prohibited.

It shall not be lawful to coast or to tie or fasten any handsled, sleigh, toy or small express wagon to any motor vehicle or horse-drawn vehicle with the purpose or intent to have any person ride on such handsled, sleigh, toy or express wagon (being an act commonly called "hitching") or to ride upon such sled, sleigh or wagon so tied or fastened in, upon or along any street, avenue, park, alley, highway or public ground in the village.
