§ 250-57. Schedule III: School Speed Limits.

A. 

In accordance with the provisions of § 250-20, no person shall drive a vehicle in excess of the speeds indicated below, in the areas designated below, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.:

	Cedarhurst Avenue	20	East	From a point beginning at the corner formed by the south side of West Broadway and the east side of Cedarhurst Avenue to a point ending 300 feet south of the north side of Park Place
	Peninsula Boulevard [Added 5-2-2005 by L.L. No. 5-2005]	20	North	From a point beginning at the corner formed by the east side of Rockaway Turnpike and the north side of Peninsula Boulevard to a point ending at the northwest corner of Bayview Avenue
	Peninsula Boulevard [Added 5-2-2005 by L.L. No. 5-2005]	20	South	From a point beginning at the corner formed by the east side of Rockaway Turnpike and the south side of Peninsula Boulevard to a point ending at the southwest corner of Bayview Avenue

B. 

Signs reading "SCHOOL ZONE 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT" shall be posted at each beginning point and signs reading "END OF SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMIT" shall be posted at each ending point, all facing the direction of oncoming vehicular traffic. Said signs shall also set forth the following "from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on School Days."
