§ 250-7. Traffic restricted to commercial vehicles in certain location.

A. 

It shall be unlawful for any person operating or having charge of any noncommercial motor vehicle to use for through traffic purposes, or to park any pleasure vehicle thereon at any time whatsoever, the roadway to the immediate north and at the rear of buildings of the structures fronting on the north side of Central Avenue from Spruce Street to Washington Avenue.

B. 

Said roadway is hereby declared to be available for commercial vehicles only. It shall also be unlawful for any person in charge of any commercial vehicle to permit the same to remain parked upon said roadway other than for the purpose of making deliveries to or picking up from said commercial premises fronting on the north side of Central Avenue from said Spruce Street to Washington Avenue.
