§ 238-4. License fee.

Latest version.

There shall be an annual license fee for each tow truck operated by the licensee. Neither the annual fee nor any portion thereof shall be refundable. Said fee amount shall be as set by the Board of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of its members present at a Board meeting.
