§ 187-1. Registration of plumbers; required, fee.

No plumbing may be performed in the village except by a master plumber currently licensed in the village and duly authorized and licensed by the Town of Hempstead, the Town of North Hempstead or the Town of Oyster Bay in the County Nassau, State of New York. There shall be an annual license fee due, which shall cease and terminate on the 31st day of May, to the expiration date thereof and shall be renewed annually thereafter within 30 days prior to the expiration date thereof. Said license fee shall be as set by the Board of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of its members present at a Board meeting.
