§ 184-10. Issuance, duration of permit; fee for permit.

The permit required under § 184-8 shall be issued by the Village Clerk-Treasurer upon payment of a fee as set by the Board of Trustees by resolution of a majority vote of its members present at a Board meeting, and the same shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one week from the date of issuance thereof.
